By downloading or using Couplesplit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Subscription & Free Trial

Couplesplit includes a 10-day free trial. After the trial ends, continued use requires an active subscription (monthly or annual plan). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date via iPhone Settings → Subscriptions. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the app only for personal household expense tracking. You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial data you enter. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse the app.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

AI-Generated Content

The AI insights provided by the app are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice. We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on the app's data or AI-generated content.

Limitation of Liability

Couplesplit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via the app.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile, without regard to conflict of law principles.
